Cannabis, Concentrates

THC-A diamonds, also known as crystalline THCA, are highly potent cannabis concentrates that pose a resemblance to crystalline diamonds. These diamonds are formed through a meticulous extraction process, where cannabinoids are extracted from cannabis plant material using solvents like butane or CO2. The resulting concentrated oil is then purged of any residual solvents.

To create the diamonds, the concentrated oil undergoes a unique process called “diamond mining.” It is placed in a controlled environment, often a jar or container, and exposed to specific temperature and pressure conditions. Over time, the cannabinoids in the oil crystallize, forming solid structures that resemble dazzling diamonds or chunks of crystalline material.

The appeal of THC-A diamonds lies in their remarkable potency, with THC-A concentrations often exceeding 99%. These diamonds primarily contain the acidic form of THC, known as THC-A, which has not undergone decarboxylation. The process of decarboxylation is the process of converting THC-A into THC through the application of heat.
